School Aged Behaviour Support Program
Our School Aged Behavioural Support Programs provide support at home, in school or within the community, for school aged children between the ages of 6 and 19. All of our programs are tailored for each individual, customized for every circumstance. Our goals are to help with supporting the individual to build social skills in the community, which would encompass many different activities and functional skills.
These programs will typically focus on one or more key functional skills such as:
● Life Skills such as Cooking, Chores , Cleaning, Dressing and Hygeine
● Communication and Social Skills
● Behaviour Management
Length of Program:
Length of service will determined by the type of service, but will typically require a 1 year commitment.
1-1 Services: Children will typically receive two sessions per week to learn specific skills.
Group Services: Children will receive two sessions per week spending time in the community with other similar aged children, doing activities and learning social skills.
Languages Offered:
Our Behaviour Support Program offers services in multiple languages. If your Child has a language barrier, do not let it be a reason for not providing support for them. We have Behaviour Consultants and Behaviour Interventionists that speak multiple languagess

Funding Options:
Funding options are available through the Autism Funding or Private Pay
Intakes process:
Health Care professionals can fill out the referral form.

Behaviour Consultation
We provide behaviour consultation services to families throughout the Lower Mainland using a family-centred positive behaviour support model.
TLC follows a Person-Centered Planning, putting the individual’s goals, needs and priorities first, while at the same time receiving valuable input and support from the family.
Social Gathering Group
Our gathering groups are intended for individuals to build confidence and learn social skills with others in the same age groups.
